of many items, as all sales are final. If you plan on making a large
purchase then you should at least get a sample first.
Almost all shipments are insured (details below).

Retail:
You may return any retail product within 14 days of your product’s shipping date
provided all
returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). No returns, of any type, will be accepted without a RMA
number. Please provide the
following information when calling or e-mailing for a RMA number:
customer name & address, invoice number, serial number and the nature of the
problem.
All products to be returned must be sent within 14
days from the date of shipment, 100% complete , in BRAND NEW condition, and must
include original packing material, manuals, blank warranty cards and all
accessories provided by the manufacturer. All
returns for credit or exchange and cancelled orders are subject to a restocking/cancellation fee of 25% of the
retail value based on the condition of items returned.
Returned items are subject to a fee of 100% of the value of the item(s) if the items are not saleable, to be solely determined by Retco Marketing,
Inc. It is the customers' responsibility to make sure the item is returned to Retco Marketing, Inc. in an undamaged condition, therefore we
recommend the package be insured, as any damage will be considered when evaluating the returned product. Any items not received by Retco
Marketing, Inc. will not be considered as returned by the customer for credit unless a written request from Retco Marketing, Inc. to return the item
to another location, an e-mail will not be considered as a written request. By purchasing our products and/or services you indicate that you
have read and fully understand this and all our policies. Any disputes will be governed by the laws of the state of Texas without regard to any
conflicts of law provisions of any other jurisdictions.
Wholesale: No returns will be accepted on wholesale or quantity purchases.
Damaged merchandise: When you receive damaged merchandise, it is your responsibility to contact the carrier
immediately so a determination of the damage can be made. You should also contact Retco Marketing, Inc. immediately so we are aware of the
situation. In the event that you do not contact the carrier for their determination, there will be no refund of any kind as a professional
determination of the damage was not made and no evaluation can be performed. There are no exceptions to this rule. In the event that
a professional determination of the damage has been performed then the steps taken after that point will be determined by the results of the shipper's
evaluation.
SHIPPING
AND HANDLING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
It is recommended that all shipping addresses be e-mailed
or faxed. Customer IS responsible
for additional charges incurred by incorrect addressing as the address should have been given to us twice. All addresses MUST include a
telephone number in case the delivery service needs to contact you. Shipment will be held until this number is available. Any additional
charges for incorrect addresses are the customers responsibility.
You are
responsible for freight charges from Red Oak, TX unless you purchase through the
"ONLINE STORE" which includes freight in the price. If you paid through
Paypal.com for the product and it is not in the "ONLINE STORE", payment of
freight must be made before we can ship.
WE DO NOT SHIP ON
A CUSTOMERS FREIGHT ACCOUNT.
No
returns or exchanges on special ordered items.
Unauthorized Returns
- Any product returned without the written authorization of Retco Marketing,
Inc. becomes the property of Retco Marketing, Inc. without compensation of any
kind to the customer.
Wholesale Items: Since the opportunity exists for the customer to obtain samples prior to ordering there are no returns
on wholesale items. Any damage to a shipment is the responsibility of the carrier when the customer has paid for the applicable insurance
otherwise it is the responsibility of the customer.
Payment Policies
Payment must be made prior to shipment, including
shipping, insurance, tax and other incidentals that are the customer's
responsibility. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS AND DISCOVER credit cards. We
also accept
payments through http://www.paypal.com. They accept checks, Visa,
MasterCard, American Express, Discover or electronic checks. You and Paypal.com are responsible for notifying us that payment has been made and deposited to our account. Payments must be made to
"paypal@animalstop.com". If you are unsure just call us with your question and we will help you however we can. Under
no circumstances will any order be shipped to ANY customer until confirmed
payment has been made by the customer. Orders are shipped to the billing
address on the credit card.
All companies placing orders must issue a valid, fully executed Purchase Order.
Unless otherwise quoted by Retco Marketing, Inc. in writing, freight will be
charged and will reflect the actual shipping charges incurred at the time of
shipment. No order will be considered confirmed until a legible faxed copy
of the valid, fully executed Purchase order has been received and approved by
Retco Marketing, Inc.
Sales tax will be
charged for Texas residents ONLY at the rate of 6.25% for all retail sales.
Wholesale orders will not be charged if we have a valid resale certificate on
file at the time of shipment.

OUT OF STOCK AND
SPECIAL ORDERS
On purchases of
"OUT OF STOCK", a minimum of 50% deposit (refunded if order not
received by RMI within 90-120 days from date of confirmed receipt of deposit) and a properly
executed and endorsed Irrevocable Purchase Order must be submitted at the time
of the order and arrangements made for payment of the balance prior to shipment.
RMI at its sole discretion may require full
payment prior to acceptance of order. Deposited funds for orders will
be escrowed by RMI and will be refunded to the customer should the order not be
received within the maximum time window of 90 to 120 days. No order

This does not apply to "Special Order Out of Stock Items"* which require full
payment of product at time of order in USD (United States Dollars). Special Order Out of Stock Items will not be considered as ordered until
confirmation of funds is verified. At that time we will provide the customer an estimated receipt date and arrangements for shipment to

PRICING

listed. Pricing is subject to change without notice. Unless notified

If misquoting of price occurs verbally, the posted price on this website
supersedes the misquoted price, unless you have been verbally notified of a
price change. The pricing on this website has posted in order that you
will be able to calculate your correct total. Freight (see section on
"Freight Charges"), and taxes will be charged accordingly.
All prices must be verified in writing, and are not confirmed until payment has
been received.

MAINTENANCE TIPS - CAGES &
BELLS
PLEASE NOTE: When performing maintenance on or cleaning the cage please be sure to remove your bird from
the cage and preferably have them in a separate room or area until all surfaces are completely dry.
You do have the option of using acetone or other heavy duty paint thinner to repair scratches on your cage.
The solvent will float some of the paint and pigment over the damaged area and will probably cause all areas worked on to lose their glossiness.
This is why we recommend the use of nail polish, after extensive testing and consultation. The solvent in the nail polish floats the Epoxy paint
momentarily to cause a bonding with the nail polish, where the nail polish takes on some of the properties of the Epoxy paint. This leaves a
glossy finish that is extremely hard. Please be sure all surfaces are completely dry before using the cage, once nail polish is dry it is
inert and non-toxic, of course only use in a well ventilated area until dry as all the solvent will be totally dissipated.
This type of repair is for small scratches. When large areas of the cages finish are damaged, you should
consider either replacing the cage or if economically feasible, have it sand blasted and repainted by a Powder Coating company/specialist and specify
"Epoxy Powder Coating".
BELLS:
Copper and Brass Plated Bells:
All plated items have a slight oil
coating on them to slow corrosion of the plating. To permanently seal the
bells follow these instructions:
1.) Immerse the bells entirely in
Isopropyl Alcohol (70% by volume usually at any drugstore) in a 5-gallon bucket
and remove them wearing rubber gloves
and set
them on their side and then upright on some newspaper.
2.) Using High Gloss Fast Dry Clear
Enamel Spray paint. First lay the thoroughly dry bell on its side on a
piece of wood and spray quickly into the interior
of the
bells. When dry then stand the bells up and quickly spray one half
of the exterior and when dry turn them and quickly spray the other half of
the
exterior. When completely dry you can handle them without any type of
glove or protection and the bells will provide you with many years of
enjoyment.
